Natural Treasures Terms & Conditions
Group size
Group sizes for our set departure tours are between 2 and 10 pax.
The only exception is for our “Around the Bay For A Day” tour that
has a min of 4 and a maximum of 15 pax. We guarantee departure for 2
pax where resources are available and will only take groups over 10
when we do group tours. FIT’s will not be placed on group tours.
We encourage the bookings of individuals, and keep a
close eye on waitlists for their preferred date, if unavailable we
will offer alternate dates where numbers are sufficient for that
tour.
Single supplement
If a guest wants their own room there is a supplement of $30 net per
day.
Cancellation fees
Full amounts are payable for ‘no shows’ and cancellations less than
24 hours from departure. Cancellations less than 1 week before
departure we will incur a charge of 50%. More than one weeks notice
will incur no charge.
Amendments
Clients may amend their dates of departure with no penalty up to 1
week prior to departure.
Children
Twelve years or younger are considered children. Thirteen years and
above are considered adults.
Payment Conditions
Payment is to be made within 30 days of the tour completion date.
This can be made by direct debit into our specified account or by
cheque sent to our postal address. Credit card payments can be made
for tours any time prior to departure.
FOC Policy
Tour Escorts and guides will be FOC for all group touring.
Agent Famils will be FOC to join an existing tour and will be taken
at a 50% of gross rate if they are the only person/s on that tour.
Holiday Periods
We do not operate any tours on Christmas Day or New Years Eve.
Pick up/drop off
From any Melbourne CBD Hotel.
Vehicles
We use people late model movers with a maximum of 6 passenger seats
such as Toyota Taragos. We use Toyota Commuters for tours of up to
10 pax.
Itineraries
We reserve the right to amend and alter itineraries when necessary.
Accommodation
The accommodation used on the 2 day tour is Beacon Point Ocean View
Villas. The accommodation used in the Coonawarra is Chardonnay
Lodge. The accommodation used in the Grampians is the Royal Mail
Hotel. These are all of a 4 star rating. We reserve the right to
change the accommodation used when necessary. We will always
endeavour to use accommodation of the same standard. Accommodation
is based on twin/double share. Triple share is at standard rate.
Forein speaking tours
Foreign language guides can be requested for all tours. Most are
driver guides although some are only guides. We have professional
guides in Spanish, French, German and Swedish. The cost for a
multi-lingual guide is $100.00 per person per day. The half day city
tour rate is $60.00. This service is not guaranteed and is subject
to the guides availability.
